The Shadowy Face

The door shuts,
She awakens from a knock out,
She is surrounded at once by looming darkness,
It starts to move,
She is trapped in her mind,
As she sees nothing,
Thinking unknowingly of what is to come,
Light spills through the crack separating two doors,
Two doors tauntingly placed in front of her,
She looks up and sees the metal,
The cold metal she sat on,
A shiver slithered down her spine,
It stops moving,
A door shuts,
The boom echoes off the silver walls,
Foot steps sound,
Each a painful sound embedded in her head,
A shadow enters her dungeon,
Her cold lifeless dungeon,
The door creaks open,
The other door opens,
The creaking sound seems to double in volume,
Ripping through her ear drums,
A tear falls off her eyelash,
And runs down his cheek,
She looks up with horror smacked across her face,
Her eyes meet the shadowy face,
The face of pure evil,
Of pure hatred,
And soon after only a moment,
The wicked smiling face,
The twisted sick face of her murderer.
